I’m Victoria Bracha, a certified professional chocolatier and the creator of VB Fine Chocolates. I’ve traveled around the world enjoying fine dining and chocolates. I love to reverse engineer the gourmet dishes I’ve had and try to recreate them. Having tasted many luxury and artisanal chocolates in her travels, and still feeling that something was missing, I finally decided to create my own.

With my experience as a fashion designer, having owned and operated a woman’s apparel business with vertical integration of design, manufacture, wholesale and retail for 15 years, I create my chocolate pieces like fashion collections. Each collection has a visual theme, in this case, a specific shape with a coherent flavor flow using Belgian white or dark chocolate.

People often tell me that my chocolates are too pretty to eat. I want people to think that these chocolates are so pretty that they have to try some.

We eat with our eyes before we even taste our food. During our overseas trips, my family and I have dined in many Michelin starred restaurants. I am often thrilled how elegantly and colorfully the dishes are plated, and how unique and exquisite they taste. I am striving to create chocolates of that caliber.

I find it challenging and joyful to keep creating new seasonal collections while maintaining a high standard. My mission is to bring sweetness and smiles to people’s lives!
